Housing refurbishment. After years of continuous use, a performance throughout the house was needed: resurfacing the pavement, painting walls, changing simple aluminium joinery to other with thermal break and double glazed windows and low emissivity, improving acoustic insulation in dividing and complete renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms.
In the kitchen, of small size, laundry gallery was removed. The work area is located to one side. On the opposite wall there is a large wardrobe that absorbs the irregularities of the facing and contain the storage, laundry room and a retractable breakfast table.
The two bathrooms of the house have a similar size, but they were poorly distributed, so they were uncomfortable. Also tiled tone colour and health atmosphere gave off both stays.
In the bathroom of the master bedroom, the devices are redistributed and the hipbath is replaced with shower slimline plate. To achieve a broader space, toilets hang on the wall: the sink cabinet does not touch the ground and the tank is embedded.
In the family bathroom, the bidet is removed, achieving greater functionality, and the toilet are renewed, and also hanged.
White colour tiles are used in both bathrooms for clarity and breadth to spaces that already are small. Two types of tiles are placed to create sets of shades, textures and reflections.
